The first training session addressed setting-up a digital company culture and processes to support a digital transformation. During the session, participants identified cultural barriers within their companies and discussed possible solutions with each other and our trainer. Participants were very positive about the training content and its implementation and we are pleased to hear that all participants said they would recommend the training to their colleagues and network partners.
